Clock maker
Lays out a clock face: the twelve numbers evenly round the dial, the sixty minute marks, and the hole the movement bolts through. Doing it by hand means getting sixty angles right.
Start with the face. A circle, a square, a hexagon, or a shape you drew yourself. The dial can stay a circle inside it or follow its edge into the corners.
The tool spaces the marks and the numbers. Numbers can stay upright or lean to face the middle, in figures or roman.
The body is cut, the numbers engraved, and the shaft hole cut either way. Ask for hands and it cuts those beside the face too, in five shapes, second hand and counterweight included.

What it is
Makes a clock face: the dial, a minute track, the twelve numerals and the hole for the movement. Numbers and marks can each be cut or engraved, and it can cut the hands too.
