Check camera accuracy
Every step can look right and the whole can still be off. This burns one dot and measures the machine against the camera in a single number.

Put scrap in and let the machine mark one small dot.

The camera looks at the dot and guesses where it sits on the bed.

The gap between the mark and the guess is the whole chain's accuracy, in millimetres.

Bigger than it should be? Run Fix a nudged camera, then check once more.
