Camera settings
Tune the live view so the bed reads clearly: zoom in, straighten the image, show a grid, and click to jog the head.
The steps
- Open the camera panel.
- Use zoom to inspect fine detail on the bed.
- Turn on the grid or the centre cross to line things up.
- Click the bed image to jog the head, or pop the camera out as a floating window.
One real job
For a small part you zoom the camera in, turn on the centre cross, and click right on the edge to place the head precisely.
