Cutting and engraving wellLesson 6 of 19

Cut order

Decide the order the parts cut in, and where each cut starts.

1

Left alone, the parts cut in the order they were drawn, and the head crosses the bed between them.

2

The tool sets the travel order, picks a start point on each shape, and cuts inside shapes before outlines.

3

The job runs shorter, and small parts stay held in the sheet until their outline goes last.
