Text on a path
Run words along a curve instead of a straight line.
Draw the path first, then select it and type the words.
Letters are placed along the path and turned to follow it.
The words engrave curved with the part, evenly spaced the whole way.

Words to write
Capital letter height in millimetres
Positive sits above the path, 0 on it, negative below.
Where the words sit along the path
Extra gap between letters. Negative tightens them up.
Slides the whole run further along the path
Runs the words the other way. Use it for text on the bottom of a circle.
Where the words go.
Empty means the last shape you selected, or give another path's id.
